Having worked both for and with some of the biggest names in the UK exhibition industry for over 10 years, I decided in 1989 to branch out on my own and establish Single Market Events.

At that time I had one idea – The Television Show – and two members of staff, but most of all I had a real passion for the event and the industry it served. That passion and desire to create events that truly embody the industry they represent is key to our business.

Single Market Events now has an unrivaled reputation for its unique entrepreneurial style. With our ongoing research policy, we specialise in creating niche shows within strong trade and consumer market sectors.

With this philosophy in mind, my team and I have launched and managed some of the most respected, successful and cutting edge events in the country, not least the BBC Good Food Show, London Fashion Week-End and The Bar Show.

I trust that our portfolio of previous and current events are testament to the diligence and creativity of Single Market Events and I’m immensely proud of our achievements to date – long may they continue!
