Based in Salisbury in Wiltshire, Not Dead Yet have been baffling audiences around the South of England for several years now, playing a unique and occasionally tuneful blend of 60s/70s/ 80s Blues and Classic Rock.
The band plays covers from a selection of bands and artists, ranging from Robert Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix, through to Cream/Clapton, Free, Wishbone Ash, Bad Company, Pink Floyd, the Stones and even David Bowie. The setlist varies from slow Blues and smoochie ballads to all-out sonic mayhem - Black Sabbath's 'Paranoid' anyone?
Playing in pubs and clubs, at functions and private parties, no gig is too small or too large for the plucky bandmates. With a combined age of over 225 years, audiences far and wide never cease to be amazed at how the band members can still walk standing up and carry their own equipment, never mind crank out their high octane versions of Floyd's Time and Comfortably Numb, without so much as a keyboard in sight.
