Chief Executive and founder of Millennium is Neill Gorton, a multi award-winning prosthetic make-up artist with 23 years' industry experience. Neill and Millennium have contributed work to over 60 feature films, numerous commercials and hundreds of TV shows.

Neill, Rob and the company have won multiple awards for their work, have been involved in many award winning productions and been part of numerous award winning and award nominated teams. Since 2005 Neill and Millennium FX have received a total of 11 major industry awards for their work on shows such as Doctor Who, HELP!, Bodies, The Catherine Tate Show and Being Human.

In 2006 Neill and the team were also awarded the Royal Television Society's special award for Design and Craft Innovation for their pioneering work on Little Britain and Doctor Who.
