Fronted by Kareña Kelly on soulful lead vocals and sax, this is a band of seasoned musicians with a wealth of experience in corporate entertainment, 5 star hotels, cruise ships and functions. As a 4 piece the line up features Will Hall on keyboards/backing vocals, Dr Stephen Cass on drums/backing vocals and Johnny Ram on guitar. The band can also expand to include Wily Bo Walker on double bass and second lead vocals. Playing a wide variety of Soul/Blues/Funk/Pop and a little bit of country, from the 60s to present day, The KKQ can also play dinner Jazz for the whole or part of the evening. Not suitable for very young crowds or lovers of cheese, this band will appeal to a slightly more sophisticated palate.

PA is suitable for smaller venues (or low volume in larger rooms) Where PA/sound engineer is provided we would need a line in for the keyboard, 4 SM 58s plus booms for quartet, (5 for quintet) and 2 monitors. > Long distance gigs incur an extra charge for overnight accommodation unless provided (and of a reasonable standard). > Soft drinks and two alcoholic drinks per band member to be provided by the venue. If time of sound check is stipulated to be 3 hours or more prior to performance time then food to be provided by venue. > Reasonable, private and lockable dressing facilities with mirror.
