Please contact me for a quotation. Face Painting by Dawn uses only professional water-based face paints. All products are hypo-allergenic and are FDA, EU, and EEC approved for use on face and body. We use only super-fine cosmetic grade polyester glitters, which are safe for skin and eyes. Glitter tattoos are applied using dermatologically approved body glue and polyester glitter.
