We focus entirely on what you want from the food at your event. Our chefs have over 20 years experience, including Michelin and Rosette standard restaurants, and can create bespoke menus for substantial canapés and bowl food to lavish 5 course dinners. We use local suppliers and as many free range and organic products as possible from in and around Sussex. But which ever style of food you choose, you can be sure that the menus will be diligently created, beautifully prepared and pure satisfaction for your taste buds.
