We are an unspoilt countryside venue, just 200 yards from an old sussex pub. We have experience of hosting many historical documentaries for TV. The white Sussex smock-type mill is on the lawn with outstanding, unspoilt views and next to it the indoor heated pool with swing over the water, sauna, etc. We regularly have Open days where toilets, chairs, tables cater for 1,000 visitors on the day. The venue is used for weddings with a marquee and also for photshoots, film-making and corporate events. The undulating pastures of 60 acres are mainly hedged in small paddocks and including mature oaks. The venue is for hire at a small fee as we believe in "word of mouth" as our best advertising; you won't be disappointed. We also have a beach-side venue in Pevensey Bay with a boat and a 33ft yacht in Rye, both of which can be used in the price.
